Meet Andy

Founder & Mobile Repair Specialist

Hi, I’m Andy, I’m the one who’ll turn up on your drive, have a good chat about your car, and get your repair sorted.

I’ve worked in the motor trade since the early 2000s, including nearly 15 years in high-end bodyshops where I refined my skills working on premium and performance vehicles. For the last 10+ years, I’ve specialised in mobile SMART repairs in Birmingham before setting up Optimally Primed.

It’s not just the work for me, but a lifestyle; I live and breathe cars and bikes. I’m always tinkering, riding, restoring, or chatting to clients about their latest car projects. A lot of customers stay in touch long after the job’s done, and that means a lot. I’ve built this business not just on good repairs, but on good relationships.

When I’m not working, I’m either gaming, keeping fit, travelling with Maggiie, or spending time with our grown-up children.

Meet Maggiie

Co-Founder & Operations Lead

Hello, I’m Maggiie, and I keep the wheels turning behind the scenes.

I handle the admin, invoicing, scheduling and general organisation. My background is in NHS management, where I’ve spent many years working in operational roles. I’m the one who makes sure everything runs smoothly from booking to payment.

While Andy brings the bodywork expertise, I bring the structure. Spreadsheets, computers, emails – that’s my wheelhouse. We make a great team, and our customers benefit from both our strengths.

Outside of work, I love keeping active, exploring new places, and spending time with our grown-up children. Like Andy, I’m all about getting out and about, whether it’s hiking somewhere new or planning our next little trip.
